1 cup peas
1.5 tbsp coconut oil

Meal 4 [3:00]
4 whole eggs, hard boiled
1.5 tbsp coconut oil

Meal 5 [6:00]
5 oz chicken breast
1 cup green beans
1.5 tbsp coconut oil

Meal 6 [8:00]
1 buffalo burger
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1 cup spinach
1.5 tbsp olive oil

Meal 7 [10:00] + vitamins
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 oz almonds OR 1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp MCT oil OR hemp oil
